In order to attend the meeting you must present either a current full or affiliate MAG membership card. Voting will be limited to full members only.
Provisionally the agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  1. Regional officer reports
  2. Nominations are invited for the following positions
    • Regional Representative
    • Regional Treasurer
    • Regional Secretary
    • Political Officer(s)
    • Clubs liaison Officer
  3. Discussion of ideas for promoting MAG in Scotland.

Nominations for the above posts, and any additional proposals for discussion at the meeting, must be received by 18th October at the above address or by .

Names and MAG membership numbers of nominees must be accompanied by the names of the proposer and seconder, with their current MAG membership number.
